Chef Azalina Eusope runs a reservation-only restaurant in San Francisco’s Tenderloin district, offering a four-course tasting menu. A fifth-generation street food vendor, she moved to the city ten years ago and found comfort in cooking the dishes of her childhood while learning English. Her passion for preparing meals for family and friends eventually led to the establishment of her business in 2010, and she actively collaborates with the local government and community groups to improve the neighborhood.
