Jonathan Carver Moore Gallery Opens in the Tenderloin

The Tenderloin welcomes this new contemporary art gallery that specializes in showcasing emerging and established artists who are BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and women. As the only openly gay Black-owned gallery in SF, Jonathan is committed to amplifying the voices of the often underrepresented artists through a Black queer lens.

SF First Thursdays

Every First Thursday of the month, join us for a community-led event hosted by the gallery owners and artists’ studios in the Lower Polk and Tenderloin neighborhoods of San Francisco. The Art Walk runs from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Each gallery or studio hosts a unique selection of art spanning multiple mediums and styles.
